Check if your video is uploaded to the cloud
Open App > Click Uploads Top Right Corner
Check Status Of Upload
If Your video upload is completed the please go to your video library and check the video is present, if for some reason the video is still uploading this will be an issue with your internet connection being slow
If you see Failed > Check you have internet Wifi or Cellular > Click the refresh button as in the screenshot below > The video will start the upload to our clouds again > When you see complete, the video is now on our cloud.
Tip: If sending multiple video at once please make sure you have strong internet
